Presented by The Ward Melville Heritage Organization and Stony Brook University. Participants are transported back in time to the 18th Century to see and learn about medical instruments used in the day and illnesses such as Yellow Fever and Consumption. Students or adults participate through role-playing, hands-on activities and use of interactive Smart Board technology. Stony Brook University medical students teach the 1 1/2 hour program.  Program is BOCES Arts in Education reimbursable and will be aligned to NYS and National Learning Standards.
